- The membership fee is due upon first use.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Maintenance cleanings are included but do not cover advanced periodontal therapy (SRP).
- Members receive a 20% discount on advanced periodontal therapy, and up to 3 subsequent periodontal maintenance visits are included.
